Objective: The goal for this training is to build successful teams in a work environment by exploring the environmental and cultural factors in the workplace setting. Through a series of interactive exercises and group discussion the team becomes more united because they have collectively formulated actions and outcomes together.
Objective: This training concentrates on making employees aware of their “filters” and how to use this knowledge as a means of getting what they want. They are taught “active listening” skills and engage in exercises to practice new behaviors. The Myers Briggs Type Indicator or the DISC Assessment Tool might also be utilized as an individual assessment tool. Small and large group exercises will occur. An action plan is established for “working on better communication skills” in the future.
Objective: Forming, Storming, Norming and Performing are the techniques used to teach a group how to reach consensus. Highly interactive, small and large group exercises are utilized to demonstrate how diverse groups come to consensus on difficult issues.
